Bethel Community Storehouse is a non profit organization. We opened our doors in 1987. We feed people in need with donations received through various means.

Is Bethel tied to one church organization?

Bethel Community Storehouse was started by Bethel United Methodist Church. It has since expanded to many different churches.

What is Bethel's goal?

To express the love of Christ in a tangible way to those in need within our community.

How is Bethel defined?

Bethel Community Storehouse is a christ centered non-profit mission providing food, clothing and more for those in need in the Estancia Valley area of central New Mexico. The thrift-store serves as our main fund raiser with lots of clothing, furniture and other donated items at the very lowest of prices. Funds raised through the store help to purchase the food needed to feed those in need.

How many people get help from Bethel?

On average, Bethel Community Storehouse helps feed 1,800 people every month. That averages out to 21,600 people in need every single year.
